About the association
The Shaw Gardens Residents' Association represents 99 homes in the Shaw Gardens enclave of Toronto, north of Garrison Creek Park and the CP rail corridor, between Ossington Avenue and Shaw Street.
We also steward Garrison Creek Park, where we run a community garden, and we are part of a pollinator corridor project. The park sits between our homes and the rail corridor that borders 888 Dupont Street, which is why shadow, wind and built form on this site matter to us.
The building affects the whole neighbourhood. The residents of The Dupont and the homes south of Dupont Street share the corridor with us.
How we work

- We tie every request to planning policy and to a document in the file.
